WhAt’s a WoNdERful tRAIninG AT W.A.J.A
Assalamualaikum wbt…hmm..rasenye dah terlalu lame not keep this blog updated…busy with a lot of things sampaikan nk sentuh keyboard for updating my blog pun x sompek dah…hmm…almost 1 year this blog were not updated..byk bende yg telah berlaku di sekeliling hidup ku…familyku..and kwn2ku….
The most recently was i hv finished up my practical training for almost 6 months at W.A.J.A..hmm…there was a lot of new experience that i get during my training there…nk dimulakan cerite…my first 5 month…aku ditempatkan di account department..kirenye waja punye associates..HSP(HASNI SITI & PARTNERS)…during that 5 month i’m just doing account’s job plus do a receiptionist’s job…thanks to my best supervisor..En.Sabri yg skrg nie dh bertukar status…(insyaAllah can be a good husband and dad;-))coz die byk mengajar aku selok belok in how to prepare the full set of account for clients plus menceritekan his experience selama bekerja di waja nie…walaupun pd ari pertama aku menjejakkan kaki di waja atau lebih tepat lg di HSP..aku terpaksa bace sendiri mannual new software(MYOB)n go through it by myself…tanye kwn2 yg prktkl n staff2…mmg mule2 tue agak slow n lembab ckit gune sotware br nie n dah lah first day tu dpt new job buat account utk koperasi subang jaya berhad..hmm…ape lg terhegeh2 le aku buat keje tu..almaklum le budak br blaja..he..he..he….but lame kelamaan actually when i discover…it was easy to use myob rather than mr accounting n ubs…it’s takes 2 weeks for me to understand how tu use that new software..(for me laa)..
If i’m not mistaken..i hv did 6 or 7 company’s account which each of it was different kind of business…first was KOSUJA…2nd Sykt Dinnor…3rd Institut Harapan…4th n until my last day practical..Rozisma(alifya security)..5th..Jauhar Media..6th Genggaman Hati Sdn Bhd and the last one was client account..Abdul Haris n Co.hmm…there was a lot of stories and new things that i could grab behind each of these jobs.Terima Kasih yg teramat2 buat org perseorangan yg tlh byk membantu ku in completing my job…hanye Allah shj yg dpt membalas jasa2 kalian…
And 1 month b4 abis praktikal..aku telah diberi satu tugasan yg amat besar..bg aku ler..hu..huu…hu..hmm..which is i have to complete the Tn Hj Wan Ali’s accounts for almost 22 years…huhh..can u imagine it..for me this is a very 2 new things but actually bende yg nk di kire b4 start key in into myob tu yg byk ckit keje die….dh lah bende nie urgent and nk kene siapkan secepat yg mungkin..(b4 this mmg dah ader staff waja yg buat tp do it in cash basis)hv to change all into accrual basis…huhh ape lagi mule2 tu menggelabah jugak la nk buat al maklum lah ini keje aku yg pertama yg diamanatkan oleh tuan hj kpd aku selama aku di waja….so aku di suruh utk duduk di audit department…(best ker?)org kate ader yg best n yg x best..so aku buat mcm biase jer..(rasekan..dulu nk sgt duk bhgn audit he..he..he…)one part of the keje yg nk kene buat dulu is hv to calculate the loan settlement..but b4 that aku kene go through all of the documents and at the same time understand the nature of the account…mule2 tu agak pening jugak ler rase mcm nk kene migrain je…and it takes 1 week for me to do it…next week plak tn hj.nk tau what is the progress..so menggelabah jgk aku..yer lah bende br bg last week then dh tanye progress..mule2 tu terpk aper la yg aku nk cite kat tn.hj..(bak kate najib.."ko pandai2 la cite")..so i explain what i hv done n of course he does not satisfied with the work i done in the 1st week but b4 the end of the seassion with tn hj.i hv told him that this is a new things for me and takes time to understand all those documents..and tn hj.can accept that..huhhh..lega la sikit rasenye… hmmm..aku nie kalau sesuatu bende tu dh lame ditinggalkan mmg takes time 4 to recall back….buku2 aku plak ader kat umah sewa aper lagi aku terus sms nisa n masyuk mintak tlg dr yg pakar..bukannye x nk tanye kat staff2 audit..cume aku nk usaha sendiri dulu..tanye punye tanye n ber’YM’ ngan nisa…dpt la jgk ingat balik ckit tp itu pun nisa x sure…actually mase aku buat keje nie..aku will be supervise by one of the audit’s staff named Sis Norizan or "Kak Ijan"…hmm..walaupun agak busy with the audit job..she still can spend part of her time with me to do this job..she had guide me a lots and explain briefly what is the situation of this account…what to do first until the end i can produce a full set of account…aku nie bleh dikatekan x lah begitu expert in account’s subject..tp tahu la aper yg patut dibuat cume x beberape confident dgn keje yg aku buat jer…hmm..diatas pertolongan kak ijan yg x terkire byk nye..and hanye ALLAH saje yg dpt membalasnye..dapat jugak aku siapkan keje tn hj. nie…khusus buat kak ijan…i cannot express my thanks to you in words but what can i do is just say thank you very2 much in helping and understanding plus be patient with me in doing this hard job for me la…i hope tuan hj.will satisfy with my work that i hv done it with sister ijan…and lastly thanks to W.A.J.A generally and especially to Kak Ton..Kak Zaty..Kak Azni yg sudi menjwb soalan research tu…to Kak Hasnah…yg sudi menumpangkan aisyah balik..to Erin yg sudi menerima diriku ketika berada di atas selama hampir sebulan…also to Kak Zu…to Kak Zuli yg pernah menumpangkan aisyah balik..thanks yer..;-)..to Kak Lin..Kak Liza or Iza..Kak Ani..oppsss Puan Ani dh skrg nie..seronok dpt berkenalan dgn akak2 nie and lastly special to my very2 best supervisor..En.Sabri..En Hasni..Abdah..Aan..En.Halim..Kak Yatt..Kak Aishah..Kak Dila and En.Yusri…(tp kalau kat office panggil abg yus..he..he..he..)yg sudi beri aisyah byk tunjuk ajar and selok belok utk membuat sesuatu kerje dgn baik…mintak maaf coz tak sempat nk jumpe kalian semua b4 aisyah balik..
Ok lahh…esok WAJA dh ader pengganti kami2 yg baru..and hopefully WAJA akan terus sukses n berkembang maju di dalam memartabatkan imej professionalisme bakal2 accountant melayu…ILLAL LIQA’ WA MA-ASSALAMAH;-)
